In the Highland Corperation Bank S.A. has all
official licence issued by the Minister of
Finance and the Central African Control Banking
Commission. The bank has been operating for four
years. The founder intends to sell shares to any
private person, company, financial institutions.
This operation must end by the 30-April-2000. The
